Receiving a special gift or having as large endowment fund can be a blessing to as congregation. It can provide the opportunity for the congregation to achieve things they never dresamed possible. It can also result in soe members believing there is less need to give, be asllocated to meeting operational needs instead of new minisstries or even become divisive.Twhoughtful planning and operating guidelines surrounding the use of these gsifts or endowments can help to insure they become the blessing tjey were intended to become.
